Cleaned up Caesar Wraps

  • 1 Garlic minced
  •  Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Chopped
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil + 2 TBSP
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 head Butterleaf
  • 1 tomato diced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Combine garlic and oil in a warm pan. Stirring carefully not to burn while preparing the meat.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and sea salt. Mix well.
  4. Toss the chicken breast in lime juice then coat with your spice mixture on both sides. Place chicken in a saucepan with the garlic stirring until brown and cooked thoroughly.
  5. In a blender or food processor, or jar add your lemon juice, olive oil, and dijon mustard. Season the dressing with sea salt and black pepper and blend well until smooth and creamy.
  6. Break lettuce leaves into taco wraps and top with chicken. Drizzle with roasted garlic dressing!

NOTE: if following AIP omit the tomatoes and pepper.  I like to add some shredded cabbage, & carrots for some added crunch.
